Project story
Challenge
Destination market regulations required documented material compliance. The buyer needed XRF screening, dimensional checks against approved samples, and a hold/release recommendation before authorizing final payment and air booking.
Solution
KM arranged on-site pre-shipment inspection with random sampling, dimensional verification against the approved golden sample, and XRF material screening. Non-conforming units were segregated and rework was documented before repackaging.
Result
The inspection report confirmed compliant material composition and AQL acceptance on workmanship. The buyer released payment, air freight was booked on chargeable weight confirmed in our shipment planning review, and goods arrived without customs query on documentation.
