Standard supervision scope includes:

• Carton count vs packing list and PO — SKU by SKU when multi-product

• Carton condition — crush damage, moisture, repacking signs

• Loading sequence and stacking — heavy below light, correct orientation, bracing and dunnage

• Palletization and moisture protection where required
