Why container loading supervision matters
Pre-shipment inspection confirms product quality in the warehouse. Loading supervision confirms what actually enters the container — correct SKU mix, full carton count, acceptable carton condition, proper stacking, and seal numbers that match export documents.
Short counts, mixed batches, damaged cartons loaded anyway, and wrong seal numbers on the bill of lading are discovered at destination — when dispute leverage is lowest. Supervision at the factory gate is the last chance to document truth before the container is sealed.
KM documented this for a Pakistan building materials buyer who needed verified counts before a 20ft FCL to Karachi — read the container loading supervision Pakistan case study.
